Care Coordination Providers & Families Fear Funding Cuts for New Yorkers with I/DD

Once again OPWDD targets New Yorkers with disabilities in the Governor’s FY 2021 – 2022 Executive Budget! This has major implications for all 110,000 members and families of the seven Care Coordination Organizations, including the more than 7,900 members supported by Prime Care Coordination.

Please join us in advocating against the proposed 23% cut in funding. This link to the Phone2Action Campaign was developed in collaboration with all the CCOs. It allows for quick and easy connection to elected officials in order to inform them of opposition against the proposed funding cuts and encourage protection for care management services across New York State. Please share the link with families, friends, and advocates for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
