As a member of the Prime Care Coordination community, we are proud to work with you to ensure that every support, service and resource is readily available for you and your family’s wellbeing as our communities struggle through the ongoing public health crisis.
Together, the Care Coordination Organizations (CCOs) of New York are launching a campaign to Safeguard Our Lifeline (an effort to educate stakeholders on the value of CCOs during the budget period).
For many, CCOs are a safety net and advocate for people at every stage of life. Potential funding cuts could threaten to delay New York State's movement to managed care for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We’ve been able to continue offering support through the pandemic thanks to our incredible Care Managers and community -- from helping parents find engaging activities for their children with intellectual disabilities, to safely getting food to families as they self-isolate.
