2nd Annual Prime Care Coordination Conference a Success

More than 300 employees from all of Prime Care's 5 regions were in attendance for this year's Prime Care Coordination Conference, themed "Primed to Grow!"

The Conference was held in the Scandling Center at Hobart and William Smith Colleges on July 11th. This year's conference was truly remarkable for Prime Care, as everyone was fully transitioned and officially part of the Prime Care Team! The conference was an important day to gather all employees in one space, to learn more about each other, and how we can better serve the communities around us.

This year's conference included talks from keynote speaker Lesli Myers-Small, Superintendent of Brockport Central Schools, Don Boice of Boice Counseling, and Mary Beth Debus, President of Program Savvy Consulting. The event concluded with a group activity where everyone crafted their own Prime Care paper flower, complete with written reflections on their future with Prime Care.

We appreciate everyone's support in putting on this year's conference, and we're grateful we can take the time to reenergize our team, and celebrate where we've been, where we are, and where we're going.

Thank you to everyone who made this time a success, and we look forward to the next one!
